We recognize that the key to controlling medical treatment is to manage the system that provides it.
Our mission is to contact the injured claimant immediately so that we can guide them through the medical system – arranging appointments and clarifying medical terminology and coordinating treatment.
Our goal is to keep the employee working at their present position. If time off work is medically necessary, we will establish a return-to-work plan with their provider. We work together with the claims examiner, the physician, the employer and the employee to successfully complete these goals.
We provide medical bill review allowing our customers to save on medical costs through the use of the State Fee Schedule and a PPO network.
Through the combination of these efforts, we will succeed in returning a positive, productive worker back to the job while controlling the costs to do so.
