Investigation historically has always been a real strength for Claims Associates and the review confirms those findings. Their claim investigative skills are adjusting at its finest. Four out of eight files involved field investigative work. The investigations were all in-depth and pursued until all avenues were explored.... All eight files contained a clear analysis of liability in the claim notes and captioned reports.

“Ever since my first interaction with Kim (Rausch) which was the phone message, I have told my colleagues how helpful she was starting with how quickly she contacted me after receiving my paperwork. With how helpful and concerned she has been since, I have been telling my fellow staff members that if they ever get hurt at work, which I hope they don’t, but if they do, to ask to have Kim appointed to their claim. I have dealt with a workman’s compensation claim before many years ago and it was not a very quick or stress-free process.
