We could not have achieved this milestone without the clients and partnerships we have established along the way, and the great support we have received from our clients. We also could not have accomplished this without the hard work, professionalism, expertise and commitment of our dedicated staff here at Claims Associates. When we first started, this was our mission….
“In 1996 we started a locally-owned, independent claims adjusting firm and set out with a goal of establishing a company of knowledgeable and professional people. In addition, we committed ourselves to providing excellent and complete independent claims adjusting services for property/casualty insurers and third party claims administration services for self-funded programs.
We commit ourselves to providing you with the highest quality claims handling services available in our industry and will tailor our programs and procedures to meet or exceed your requirements. Our goal is to become an extension of your operation by developing a long lasting partnership with your company.
We will continue building strong relationships with our customers, while we strive to maintain these goals and commitments. Internally the personal and professional development of our employees is encouraged through continued education and involvement in industry and community related organizations.”
