Claims Associates Covid-19 Response

We at Claims Associates know that you rely on us for prompt, thorough claims support. We are always prepared to provide those services, including during this difficult and challenging time. Our team has always maintained a business continuity plan which has been modified to specifically address the current situation. Our planning also includes field work, so we can continue to provide those important services.

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and our team very seriously. We have taken additional steps to safeguard our staff as well as the public during this current outbreak of COVID-19. We will practice safe social distancing while out in the field on your claims, in addition to all of the precautions recommended by the CDC. We will continue to make operational decisions based on guidance from the CDC and our local health departments.

At this time, we are maintaining regular office hours. We currently have staff working from the office as well as remotely to further accommodate their current needs and to promote a safe work environment. If necessary, our entire team is able to work remotely through available, secure technology. Client meetings can be facilitated virtually, if required.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, as your experience with our office may be different as we work through these changing times. We will continue to provide timely updates as appropriate.
